Everything You Need to Know
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (October–April). We accept a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives our full attention and care. Popular dates fill quickly — we encourage you to enquire as soon as you have a date in mind.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. We are based in Melbourne but regularly travel throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and beyond. We have captured weddings across Australia and internationally. Travel fees may apply for destinations outside Melbourne — we will discuss this transparently during your consultation.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most couples choose 8–10 hours, which comfortably covers getting ready through to the first dances. If you have a longer reception or multiple locations, we recommend 10–12 hours. During your planning consultation, we will review your timeline and recommend the ideal coverage for your day.
Can we customise our package?
Yes. Every collection can be tailored with optional add-ons including a second photographer, second cinematographer, drone coverage, engagement session, same day edit, and more. We can also create a fully bespoke package if none of our collections perfectly match your vision.
Do you provide wedding albums?
Yes. We offer heirloom-quality fine art albums handcrafted in Italy, printed on premium archival paper. Albums are designed by our team and presented in luxury packaging. Parent albums are also available. Album design begins after you receive your full gallery.
How does payment work?
A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards. Payment plans are available upon request. All pricing is provided transparently during your consultation — no hidden fees.
